While we provide installation assistance for standard installation of products, there is a charge per one hour for additional system engineering assistance. The minimum support fee is for one hour.
A customer who purchases a one-hour block of time for system design engineering assistance must use it within two consecutive business weeks or 10 consecutive business days from date of purchase.
There is a 15-minute minimum charge for support requested for other manufacturers’ product or Zeftronics products that are older than five years. Support that exceeds 15-minutes are charged at one hour minimum. The one-hour block may be used once, regardless if the assistance takes the full one-hour or less.
